Testimonials

One of the best complexes our business has had the pleasure of occupying. They are so incredibly responsive and available to make concessions while also maintaining a professional and impressive complex. Can't recommend this place enough for companies looking for a no-nonsense lease, great amount of space for the price, and a property manager who is a ton of fun!

These guys are super responsive to their tenants' needs. They run things more like a family business. Highly recommended.

We have now been leasing from Avila Commercial for almost 3 years now and are very pleased with our experience. As our business has grown, so has the space needed for our office. We just recently moved into our 3rd office space in the Glenridge office complex. What keeps us with Avila Commercial is the amazing customer service provided, as a direct result of Fabiana Burtin. Whatever need or concerns we have, Fabiana always takes care of us with a smile.
